Refund policy
Returns
Our return policy lasts up to 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unfortunately unable to accept a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Gift Card purchases are non-refundable.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow a few days for the credit to appear in your account.
Gift Card purchases are non-refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you wish to exchange an item, please send us an email at helpme@darrenhardy.com with the product title and a little background on why you want to exchange that particular item.

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item.
Original shipping costs paid to first receive your product are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the original shipping charge will not be included in your refund, along with a $2 restocking fee.
